Dan Downey is an expert Tai Chi teacher who has been practising the ancient art for nearly 40 years, with him winning medals in various competitions at the National and European levels.

He is fully registered with the Tai Chi and Qigong Union of Great Britain (TCUGB) where he has held the status of Advanced instructor since February 2011.

Dan has Judged several London competitions as a trainee Judge during his continual advancement in the art.

Dan likes to teach the art of Tai Chi in a fun and friendly manner without sacrificing the essential essence or traditions.
