Dan Downey is an expert Tai Chi teacher who has been practising the ancient art for over 40 years. He has won medals in National and European competitions involving open hand as well as weapon forms.

He is fully registered with the Tai Chi Internal Arts Union (TCIA) holding the status of Advanced Instructor since February 2012.

He enjoys serving at the London competitions in the role of Trainee Judge as part of his continual advancement in the art.

Dan likes to teach the art of Tai Chi in a fun and friendly manner without sacrificing the essential essence or traditions.
